About Delpark Manor

Join the Civic Association -- We're Fun! (And a Great Deal)

From holiday festivities to our community yard sale to our photo- and pumpkin-carving contests and more, the Delpark Manor Civic Association is constantly building community. Just $35 per calendar year per household gives you and your family entry to all of our fun activities! (Not to mention pays for our snow-plowing in the winter.)  You can Venmo your dues to @Delpark-Manor or email delparkmanorinfo@gmail.com for information about where you can drop your check.

Building Community Since 1956

Delpark Manor is a community of 189 single-family homes established in 1956 by the Robino Development Co. at Old Capitol Trail and St. James Church Road in New Castle County, Delaware. Some of the original homebuyers still reside here, and a number of residents are raising families in the same homes in which they grew up! That's how much we love this place.

We've Come a Long Way, Baby!

And we're still going strong. But we can't spell community without "U"! So, Delpark neighbors: Get involved -- join the association, become a district rep, or engage in our private community Facebook group.
